- 同条件の暗順応下では、食後高血糖時に比べて空腹時で網膜血管がより拡張する。
- 2 型糖尿病患者での暗所と空腹は網膜血管の拡張を関連する。
- 血管拡張をいう刺激が網膜血管の灌流亢進を誘導し、網膜症の悪化につながるのかもしれない。

- 白内障手術を行った DME に対する ラ ニビズマブ 治療中の患者において、平均して 2 lines の視力上昇が術後 1 M で見られた。
- ラ ニビズマブ注射群とシャム群において白内障進行における有意差は見られなかった。

Discussion：
DPP-4 阻害薬全体と、ビルダグリプチン、リナグリプチンは BP のリスクを有意に増加させた。
DPP-4 阻害薬関連 BP では粘膜病変が多く、好酸球数が少ないことは多い。薬剤中止により良好な転機をたどることが多いため、BP の診断が確定した際は中止を検討する必要がある。
