Discussion：
1 型糖尿病腎不全患者において、膵臓移植は VPT 値を改善させる可能性がある。また、移植前のVPT 評価は将来の CVD 発症リスクだけでなく、膵グラフトロスの独立した予測因子であった。移植前によりハイリスクな人たちを特定し慎重なフォローアップを行うのに役立つ可能性が考えられた。

DPVに登録されたCGM使用中の小児、思春期、若年成人1型糖尿病患者では、SMBG使用者よりも重症低血糖およびDKAのリスクが低く、さらに低血糖昏睡およ重症DKAのリスクも低値であった。
