本研究は、入院患者におけるCGMの精度を評価し、臨床活用の可能性を検討した。226例でCGMと血糖自己測定を比較した結果、初期MARDは10.30%、CEGのA・Bゾーンは99.02%であった。時間遅延補正を含む患者別最適化アルゴリズムを開発・適用したところ、MARDは4.33%改善し、別の24例でも個人内MARDが5.58%低下した。患者特異的補正により、入院診療でのCGM導入の可能性が示された。
