DPP-4 阻害薬全体と、ビルダグリプチン、リナグリプチンは BP のリスクを有意に増加させた。
DPP-4 阻害薬関連 BP では粘膜病変が多く、好酸球数が少ないことは多い。薬剤中止により良好な転機をたどることが多いため、BP の診断が確定した際は中止を検討する必要がある。
