Discussion：
糖尿病合併妊娠において、妊娠中、産後のFaster aspartの使用はinsulin aspartと比較して、児の成長やHbA1cは同等であり、安全性の問題もなかった。

血糖コントロールが不十分である成人2型糖尿病患者において，セマグルチド25，50mgは，セマグルチド14mgに比し，強い血糖コントロール改善および体重減少効果を認めた．

Discussion：
1型糖尿病患者を対象として、テプリズマブを12日間2クール毎日静脈内投与した結果、78週後のβ細胞機能（負荷試験のCペプチド頂値）の維持は有意差があった。しかし、HbA1c、TIR、1日インスリン量、低血糖の頻度には有意差は認められなかった。
