2 型糖尿病患者では，若年 1 型糖尿病患者と異なり，SGLT2 阻害薬による糸球体内圧減少効果は，輸入細動脈収縮より，輸出細動脈拡張の影響が大きい可能性が示唆された．

Discussion：
腎移植後の糖尿病患者において、GLP 1 受容体作動薬を使用することで、インスリン投与量を減量し、血糖コントロールを改善したまま低血糖の重症度と頻度の改善を認めた。消化管副作用は非移植集団と同等の発生率であり、免疫抑制剤の吸収にも大きな影響を与えなかった。
