Discussion：
1 型糖尿病患者に対しダパグリフロジン投与は、HbA1c の低下、インスリン量の減量、体重の低下を認めた。しかし、DKA の増加の可能性があり、注意深い観察や使用ガイドラインの作成が推奨される。

Discussion：
- 1 型糖尿病合併症妊婦において、妊娠中のインスリン最大量は 35 W で peak を認め、妊娠前の約 1.6 倍であった。（海外の報告よりも増加の割合は少ない）
- 糖尿病罹病期間と妊娠中のインスリン増加量は負の相関を示した。今回の study では病理組織の検討はしていないが、長期糖尿病罹病期間を有する患者では胎盤機能が低下し、インスリン抵抗性に寄与するプロゲステロン、hPL 等胎盤ホルモンの分泌が低下し、必要インスリン量が減少した可能性がある。

1 型糖尿病患者における運動として、レジスタンス運動 は食事摂取量やインスリン量を調整後も血糖降下作用があり血糖改善する。有酸素運動 は消費エネルギーを増やし、食事摂取エネルギー量がふえても運動後の血糖がコントロールしやすい（範囲血糖内で推移）。2018年12月06日（木）
