保存期のCKD患者において血清アディポネクチン濃度とPEWの関連を調べたところ、血清アディポネクチン濃度が高いことは、PEWと関連していた。PEWの指標の中で、血清アディポネクチン濃度は筋肉量の間接的な測定としての尿中Crと強く関連していた。
