安定狭心症の患者において、aVL での陰性 T 派は、LAD （ Mid ） の狭窄病変うぃ示唆する。LAD 病変は的に致命的であり、早期対応が必須であるため、ECG 確認の時点で、的確な診断が重要である。

Discussion：
DECLARE-TIMI58試験は，SGLT2阻害薬を用いた３番目の心血管アウトカム試験（CVOT）である．主要評価項目である複合心血管イベント（3P-MACE）に対しては非劣勢を示すに留まり，有意な優越性は認められなかった．もう1つの有効性評価項目である心不全入院＋心血管死亡，さらに腎イベントは有意に減少した．
