Discussion：
1型糖尿病は認知症リスクが約2倍であり、特に血管認知症のリスクは約3.7倍である。主要なリスク因子として、高血圧、高HbA1c、CVD既往、低教育レベル、独身が挙げられる。認知症は1型糖尿病の重要な合併症であり、血管・代謝リスク管理及び社会的支援が重要である。
