・人種の違いによる低血糖リスクを減少させるためには、今後の研究が必要である

Discussion：
15 ％以上のインスリン減少は、胎盤機能不全に関連した周産期合併症のリスク増加に関連しており、とくに pre-eclampsia は６ 倍以上増加した。糖尿病合併症妊娠における妊娠末期のインスリン減少は、重要な臨床的サインであり、潜在的な胎盤機能不全に注意するためのアラートとなるだろう。

有害事象の出現後もスタチンを継続することで死亡率、心血管イベントの発症率の低下につながった。しかし、実際にスタチンを継続すべきかどうかは個別にリスク・ベネフィットを考慮の上で決定すべきである。
