Discussion：
平均罹病期間7、9年の若年発症糖尿病において、2型では1型より合併症の頻度が高かった。いずれの糖尿病型でも合併症頻度は高く、早期からのモニタリングが必要と考えられた。

Discussion：
全診療人数が多いプライマリケア医のDM診療の質は低いが、DM診療人数が多いと質が高い傾向があった。DM診療人数が少ない内科医を支援する医療政策やプログラムはDM診療の質を改善するかもしれない。
