2型糖尿病におけるAlogliptinの効果をGA/HbA1c比で検討。Alogliptin投与24週後のGA/HbA1c 比は、低値群
(< 2.80) では有意に影響されなかったが、高値群 (≥ 2.80)は有意に減少した。Alogliptin は食後高血糖患者に有用であり得る。
