夜間頻尿がある男性では夜間頻尿の回数が多い程、過去1年間に転倒していた。これは老年者以外でも傾向が認められた。前立腺肥大の程度や、糖尿病のコントロール状況などは不明であるが、病歴聴取時に留意してもよいのではないか。
