Discussion：
げっ歯類の糖尿病性創部モデルにおいて、創部周囲に同系から採取した非糖尿病性の脂肪由来幹細胞(ASCs)を局所皮下注入したところ、創部治癒促進を認めた。ASCは、オートクライン効果やパラクライン効果を通じて最上皮化や細胞移動・浸潤を促進することにより、局所の炎症反応抑制、活性化した成長因子の産生、細胞の収集を促し、組織再生を促進することが示された。

Discussion：
PIPC/TAZとVCMを併用した場合、CFPMとVCMの併用と比べて有意にAKIの発生率が高く、早期にAKIが発生した。PIPC/TAZ投与群ではVCMトラフ値と関連なくAKIが高率に発生し、PIPC/TAZの腎毒性が示唆される。
