Discussion：
PIPC/TAZとVCMを併用した場合、CFPMとVCMの併用と比べて有意にAKIの発生率が高く、早期にAKIが発生した。PIPC/TAZ投与群ではVCMトラフ値と関連なくAKIが高率に発生し、PIPC/TAZの腎毒性が示唆される。

今回の調査は内科医のみであった。特定の内科医のみであったという限定があるが、女性医師の方が成績はよかった。
しかし、性別で医師を選ぶべきではない。
今回の知見は女性医師は男性医師に劣ることはない、ということだ。
医師を性別により固定概念で見るものではない。
