Discussion：
PIPC/TAZとVCMを併用した場合、CFPMとVCMの併用と比べて有意にAKIの発生率が高く、早期にAKIが発生した。PIPC/TAZ投与群ではVCMトラフ値と関連なくAKIが高率に発生し、PIPC/TAZの腎毒性が示唆される。
