・CFRD 群の約 90 ％、CF-no DM 群の 50 ％ 以上で IL-1β 陽性を認めた。・CF-no DM 群の 10 歳 被験者 6 人に限定しても同様の結果であった。
・ IL-1β 関連のバイオマーカ―の開発は CF 患者における糖尿病発症を予防する上で重要な役割を果たす可能性が示唆された。

Discussion：
LADA にデュラグルチドを投与した際の血糖コントロール変化を １ 年間調査し、T2DM と比較検討する。インスリン分泌がある程度保持されている LADA であれば、T2DM と同様に少なくとも 1 年間は HbA1c を低下させ、HOMA-β も増加させた。GAD 抗体が 200 IU / ml 以上の高抗体価の場合は、低抗体価群に比べて HbA1c の低下がやや少なかった（有意差なし）。また、シタグリプチンに比べるとデュラグルチド併用群の方が HbA1c は有意に低下した。Category：
