Discussion：
CGM の平均血糖値、SD が高いこと、目標血糖値になっている時間が短いことは、LGA 児、新生児合併症のリスク増加と関連を認めた。妊娠中にCGM を使用しても、日々の血糖コントロールは適切ではなく、以前としてLGA の頻度は高いままである。
