DAPT療法30ヶ月継続で12ヶ月と比べて、ステント血栓症の異積発症率、心血管/脳血管イベントの異積発症率ともに単独群(5.9％)に比べて4.3％と有意に低かった。特に心筋梗塞についてはアスピリン単独群の4.1％に比べてDAPT継続群では2.1％と低く、リスク低減効果が大きいことが示された。
