Discussion：
メトホルミンの単剤治療を続けている患者に比べ、第 2 選択薬に SU を追加または変更した場合は、心筋梗塞、総死亡、重症低血糖のリスクが上昇する。
SU はメトホルミンに追加する方が、メトホルミンから切り替えるより安全であることも示唆された。

Discussion：
インスリンでコントロール不十分な 1 型糖尿病患者において、補助的なダパグリフロジン投与は有意にHbA1c 、血糖変動を改善し、体重とインスリン使用量を減少させた。介入群で低血糖は増えなかったが、糖尿病ケトアシドーシスが増加した。
