- 1 型糖尿病合併症妊婦において、妊娠中のインスリン最大量は 35 W で peak を認め、妊娠前の約 1.6 倍であった。（海外の報告よりも増加の割合は少ない）
- 糖尿病罹病期間と妊娠中のインスリン増加量は負の相関を示した。今回の study では病理組織の検討はしていないが、長期糖尿病罹病期間を有する患者では胎盤機能が低下し、インスリン抵抗性に寄与するプロゲステロン、hPL 等胎盤ホルモンの分泌が低下し、必要インスリン量が減少した可能性がある。
