Discussion：
nephropathy に対してはリスクの減少の結果となった反面、retinopathy に対してはnegative な結果となった。この結果に関しては今後さらなる検証が必要である。

アフリベルセプト硝子体注射群では、レーザー群にくらべて、糖尿病黄斑浮腫の治療効果に対するベースライン時の血糖コントロール状態の影響が少なかった。

Discussion：
より長い糖尿病罹病期間、脂質コントロールが悪いこと、高血圧は独立した網膜症の発症・進行予測因子と言える。この中で唯一、血圧に関しては網膜症の発症に強く相関する予測因子と考えられ、特に拡張期血圧が最も重要な血圧関連の予測因子と言える。Category：
