Discussion：
中国の武漢における前向きコホート研究で妊娠糖尿病の母体から出産された児の６歳時点
での呼吸機能障害のリスクを検討した。多変量解析をした結果でも妊娠糖尿病は児の努力
肺活量、１秒率といった呼吸機能を低下させる要因であり、男女比では女児のほうが呼吸
機能低下が大きかった。

Discussion：
型糖尿病を有する成人の大規模コホートにおいて，KDIGO分類に基づく
CKD有病率は18.5%であり，eGFR 60未満の27.4％が正常アルブミン尿であった．
死亡率を含むすべての腎・心血管アウトカムの発生率はeGFRが低下するにつれて徐々に
増加した．G1A1をreferenceとした場合，G2A1の群においてもHRは上昇した．
従来非CKDで低リスクと考えられてきたG2A1でも主要アウトカムのリスクが高く，早期
の段階で専門医の関与が必要と考えられた．糸球体過剰濾過を示す可能性があるGFR 105
以上の群では正常アルブミン尿の群ではすべてのアウトカムのリスク上昇につながらなか
った．アルブミン尿が増加すると腎アウトカムHRは上昇したが，MACE・全死亡のHRは
