Discussion：
食事による体重減少は2型糖尿病の有無に関わらずリポタンパク質（a）は有意に上昇したが、肥満手術を受けた患者では有意に増加しなかった。これは、食事による体重減少が心機能を低下させる可能性がある。
今後はリポタンパク質（a）低下剤を内服し、肥満患者の CVD が改善するか追跡調査が必要である。
