Discussion：
NGT から IGT 、T2DM へ進行する中で、β細胞の機能障害の進行やインスリン抵抗性が増大しているだけでなく、Adipo-iR （インスリン抗脂肪分解作用への抵抗性）が増大しており、FFA 濃度が上昇していた。上記はNGT においても肥満であれば、その傾向を認めた。
