Discussion：
1 型糖尿病患者に対して 1 週間の LCD を行うことにより、HCD と比べ、心血管リスクマーカーに影響を与えることなく、正常血糖の時間を増加させ、低血糖や血糖変動を減少させることが出来た。

・今回の Study では、造影前後で Hydration ( − ) は施行群と比較し CIN の発症やそのほか長期的な有害事象に関して決して増加は認めなかった。 ・費用効果に関して、 Hydration ( − )が高かった。（ 50 ％以上）
・Hydration によって重篤な合併症を引き起こすこともある。
・但し造影剤腎症の機序や発症を証明するバイオマーカーは未だ解明されていない。

610 例の加齢黄斑変性に対して、抗 VEGF 抗体薬であるラニビズマブまたはベバシズマブを硝子体注射をした 2 年後の血中 VEGF 濃度は、ベバシズマブがラニビズマブより低下し、高い血中 VEGF 濃度が ATE に関与し、ベバシズマブにおいて IME が増加した。

Discussion：
重症肥満患者で肥満外科手術をうけた患者は疼痛、身体機能、歩行時間が Baseline と比較して大幅な改善がみられる。しかし、術後 1 年から 3 年目を比較すると改善率は低下していた。

Discussion：
高たんぱく食により BMI、コレステロール値、尿酸値は減少するが、タンパク質の種類による臨床パラメータへの影響の差は見られたのは尿酸値のみであった。高たんぱく食によるインスリン抵抗性の改善は認められなかった。
