Discussion：
高気圧酸素療法は、網膜に CRS がまだ生じていない非動脈炎性の CRAO には効果的な治療である。発症してから治療開始までの時間よりも、眼底所見の方が可逆性の網膜障害を知る因子として使われるべきである。
