Discussion：
- CKD患者においてASが合併した場合CKDもしくはASが単独の場合と比べ、生存率は下がる。
- CKDもしくはASが単独の場合と比べmild〜moderate ASのCKD患者において非心臓死亡率が高く、severe ASにおいて心臓死と全死因死亡率のリスクは同等に高かった。
- 腎機能の低下は全死因死亡率の増加に関連するが、本研究では、AVRを行うことで生存率が改善することがわかった。

Discussion：
類天疱瘡とDPP4阻害薬の関連を明らかにするために、PMDA データを用いた検討を行った。2017年6月時点で454,027件の副作用が収載されており、類天疱瘡とDPP4阻害薬おおよびその他の糖尿病薬についてreporting odds ratio (ROR)を求めた。Vildagliptin, Teneligliptin, LinagliptinのRORは他のDPP4iより高く、class effectの存在が考えられた。
