Discussion：
1 型糖尿病患者に対しダパグリフロジン投与は、HbA1c の低下、インスリン量の減量、体重の低下を認めた。しかし、DKA の増加の可能性があり、注意深い観察や使用ガイドラインの作成が推奨される。
