ＤＭＥに対してルセンティス硝子体注射と局所レーザーの同時併用又は24週以降に併用した2グループで5年間の視力変化を比較した。初診時視力が0.4以上の場合は24週以降にレーザーした方が視力改善した。2グループ比較した場合、大きな差はないので、まずルセンティス硝子体注射を行い、経過をみていくことがいい。Category：
